[FlashCodersNY] Flash Developer rates for upstate NY?

Hi,
Are there any flash developers on this list who work in the upstate NY area, Albany/Hudson valley etc? I've come to the area recently from NYC, and get the feeling that my big-city rates might be hurting my chances of getting work, but I'm not sure what the going rates are around here. I know exact numbers are tricky, but any ballpark figures would be much appreciated. Don't want to give potential clients sticker shock, but don't want to short-change myself either.
