Since express install came out with swfobject, i never worry about the
new version migration.
So i personally use the latest all the time, including the AIR,
because AIR is a desktop runtime which is capable of pushing the new
version.

And for those keeping the "behind the firewall corparate environment"
myth alive, i really dont care. Best IT is the one which keeps the
environment up to date. So force the IT to do their job.

I think we as Flash/Flex/AIR developers should push for the latest all
the time regardless of the fact that if the project needs the new
features or not.
i truely believe that from now on every project needs unloadAndStop()
method which is Flash10 feature. Who dont need better Garbage
collection anyway????
